Alice Knox, from Renfrew, is an eminent photojournalist whose skill at catching folk unawares is legendary.

Among her great achievements is making Angus Johnston look slim, making Matt Johnston and Bill Ham look like photographers, and making everyone welcome at Oxford Road.

Bill Ham, who'll do (almost) anything for a decent snap, perches on a tree overhanging the cold waters of Loch Voil.

This poseur was found poseuring in the gardens of Falkland Palace.  He claimed that he was the architect when the palace was built.

He was telling fibs, though, because he's not as old as some of the folk who were there that day.
